Also included in this recent document drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying distinct sections of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
